She believe art is a a powerful aspect for positive changes in children of different ages around the world. The artist & author Maria Laughlin dedicated her passion writing and illustrating children’s books, her mission and her different programs inspired kids to learn how used art as a career and learn other languages. She has the passion to travel around the world and show children that what they are dreaming can be come to be real if they work hard and never give up!

Costa Rica February 2022
As an international artist I'm going to visit the community of Jobo Costa Rica, I will be sharing time with the children's in need, at the same time I will be reading my new book "Thank Heaven for the little ones" and giving to them special things. This is the beginning of a new project as an international artist, for me it is so important taking the mission of God to the most amazing places around the world; and I can't wait to meet many sweet angels.
Additional Information Costa Rica Situated in the Central American Isthmus, is a land rich in natural beauty – tropical rainforest, volcanoes, and lakes. It shares borders with Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the south, the Caribbean Sea to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Despite its status as one of the most stable, prosperous, and progressive nations in Latin America – and one of the most eco-friendly in the world – Costa Rica struggles beneath a threatened economy and social unrest. Its lenient immigration laws invite a flood of immigrants from neighboring countries; as a result, the country has seen a dramatic increase in unemployment, poverty, inflation, and crime.

Ontinyent is a municipality in the province of Valencia of Spain. It is actually located in the comarca of Vall d’Albaida. You will be happy to know that the town is just 82 km away from the city of Valencia. Former World No. 1 tennis player Juan Carlos Ferrero was born in this city.
Maria Laughlin will be reading her books and have alive sketch with the kids at Colegio La Concepcion " Franciscanos" (Catholic).
Maria Laughlin during the COVID 19 has the participation from a couple students doing her art classes online. Now in 2022 she is looking forward to meeting her students, the beautiful town, the school, and the amazing cathedral catholic church.
Maria Laughlin has an a strong formation on the catholic religion; and she is looking forward in 2022 to expanding her books in Europe.
